Organic. This was bottle two of a blind tasting that my husband graciously organized for me and a couple of friends so I wasn't able to take a lot of notes (we also all enjoyed a bit of the first wine so that admittedly took a toll on my capacity for taking precise notes about the aromas and flavors, even if I did circle back around to taste it again the following day).
