A Weissburgunder that pairs a nice fruit with moderate oak. No austerity here. The oak is not overpowering but rather gives a nice twist to the fruit. There might also be some notes of spontaneous fermentation and yeast contact on the nose. All in all this gives a good complexity and is a joy to drink.

Beau fruit et assez droit et sec. Un peu de fizz � l`ouverture. Pommes et poires avec une touche de miel. La finale est de belle longueur sur des relents de min�raux, bien aim� ce pinot blanc.
