Still in great shape, was delightful experience to savour it. Made from classical Syrah based blend with a dollop of Viognier, aged for 2 years on its lees in barrels and tuns. Medium+ garnet colour. Medium+ intensity smoky and meaty aroma of leather, cured meat, fried bacon, prunes, barnyard, dried rose petals. Medium+ body, elegant structure, persistent smoky flavours with reminiscence of prunes and smoky cherries, great length, high acidity, fully resolved soft medium tannins.
