Domaine de l'Enclos, Chablis Premier Cru, Fourchaume

Cork was not in tip top shape, but wine side seemed ok. Nice medium gold colour. On the nose, aromas of alfalfa, flowers, honey and wax. On the palate, the attack is frank, with honey/floral wax notes, a good seam of acidity with a very good length. Wheat bran and minerality as well. This is AFAIR my first Fourchaume.
