Tandem Pinot Noir Silver Pines Vineyard

Amazing. It does have vinyl notes to it, what a great call. OPened this after finisihing a Chambolle-Musigny 2006. No comparison. Terrific wine.

This rocked. Much better than a year ago.

Drinking perfectly at this time. A touch of petol/vinyl in the nose to go with the huge red berry fruit that matches the palate. It has so much going on that gives it complexity and interest. I like the rubarb pie call br beezer6. Seamless and silky.

What an excellent effort by Tandem. A true expression of this unique vineyard. A rich and smokey wine screaming Pinot Noir. An awesome expressive ruby in the glass. Notes of rhubarb pie, cinnamon spice and black pepper. Silky and lasting on the palate. A generous finish for a Pinot Noir. Overnight the wine opened up reavealing mocha and earth. The berries were more muted, but the wine was still great. Can't wait to try another Tandem PN.

Love this wine. Have had it multiple times and it never disappoints. Dad proclaimed it his favorite wine ever and even Ron (who doesn't like Pinot) loved it.
