This pale yellow Chablis was served as an aperitif and serially tasted over 60-90 minutes. The nose shows some nice lemon and mineral aromas, and the palate confirms these flavors in a light-bodied, medium acidity style. The middle palate thins a bit while the crisp finish is short-to-medium. While not unpleasant by any stretch of the imagination, this wine is easily forgotten. Drink now-12/12.
