McKahn Family Cellars Viognier Catie's Corner Vineyard

A delicious Viognier with notes of stone fruit and an elegant mineral finish.

I am indebted to the previous reviewers who helped me find the characteristics of this wine, as I am a biased red wine drinker. Notes of honey crisp apple, citrus and lemon grass with bright acidity. Very enjoyable and crisp finish. I am not that familiar with white pepper, but there is a subtle pepper sensation at the finish.

This wine has a ton of Bartlett pear and kiwi and lemongrass. Delicious. Wish I had more!!

Starting the weekend off right 👍! So I've been super curious about this Viognier since I got it. Shrink wrapped label..nice touch! Poured a light straw color to the glass. Nose and palate of lemon rind, melon pan, kiwi and honeysuckle. Very rounded mouthfeel initially and then dried to an acidic and white pepper finish. Now this is a summer sipper that will go well with family get togethers, pool time, fruit trays, charcuterie, seafood, or would do just fine …
