Porter Creek Pinot Noir Winegrower's Reserve

Big Bold Pinot Noir with very long lingering palate of ripe berries despite it's age. Definitely not a light aromatic Burgundian type Pinot Noir. I love it, but be prepared. This Pinot Noir is a step down from a heavy Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. Good wine to transition a Cab drinker to Pinot Noir.

Delicious. Rusty color; watery texture; thin legs. Bright aroma of cherries. Soft flavor of mild cherry. Was better at opening; got tired over the course of the evening. Very nice wine, but not worth the price in my opinion.
