I just enjoyed the wine :)

Wow, what a pleasant surprise. 100% Chenin Blanc aged in concrete. The nose is both floral and elegant with notes citrus, flowers and a little beeswax. Surprisingly fresh palate with firm acidity, a good fruit concentration and an oily texture

You feel the sur lie method here, excentric style, full bodied with confit citron. Sound acidity, good fresness never the less. Needs food IMHO, scallops, say, in a rich sauce.
