Thomas Fogarty Chardonnay Satsum Langley Hill Vineyard

Tasting room visit. Dense, amber-orange color. Aromas of apricot, earth, honeysuckle and tea leaf. Shows light red fruit notes on the palate- red apple skin and cherry along with earthy minerality. High acid, firm tannin, dry finish. On the bouquet this reminded me of late-harvest dessert wine, on the palate it reminded me of Cru Beaujolais.
