(Disgorged in 2019, 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 10% Chardonnay from Troissy) Yellow colour with a maturing nose showing mandarin citrus and showing some fresh cut grass and minerals. Palate with a smoothing red apples acidity and some warmer orange zest bitterness on the intense finish. (Best 2020-2030)
