My last bottle of this very nice Riesling - probably the best vintage from this vineyard which has since had a couple of ownership changes. A decent amount of residual sugar and moderate acidity. Beautiful pale yellow hue and aromas of tropical fruit on the nose, with a hint of petrol. Citrus and ripe green apple on the palate.

a bit of petrol on the nose along with some tropical fruit. On the palate this was very tasty and I am sorry that this is the last one.

A nice riesling to go with pulled pork wraps for lunch. Tropical fruits on the nose and some petrol several hours after opening. Granny smith apples on the palate. Very good.

Drinking very nicely now but could easily improve with 2-3 yrs more in the bottle. Lovely golden colour, fresh peach and pear on the nose, with a hint of lemon rind. Full round feel on the mouth. Off-dry, medium finish.

Clear, light gold core with a vibrant green hue. This wine looks very youthful. On the nose there is alot of bright red apple, citrus zest and hints of Plasticine. Simple but fresh. The palate is off dry with a good amount of residual sugar. Moderate acidity and medium bodied, this Riesling echos the nose of apple and citrus but also brings in a hint of minerality and starfruit skin. The finish is quite long and grapey with lots of …

Pale golden hue, fabulously bright, fresh aromas of green apple, white peach, mineral, spice, lime (reminds me of green jujubes!) and the slightest hint of petrol. On the palate it is racy with fresh fruit flavours that dance across your tongue - citrus zest and green apple really stand out. There is plenty of mouth watering acidity and a snappy finish that lingers. I have to buy a case!
