A whole mouth full, the name of this Vin Santo :) I like this wine! Good acidity to counter the sweetness, good length. Pronounced aromas of apricot, lemon zest, yellow apple, orange, bit oxidative, walnut, macadamia. Tasted this wine during Prowine Asia 2018, at the Guided Tasting, "Experience the Unmistakable Taste of Tuscany." Amber gold with nutty, baked apples, creamy, caramel, and creme brulee notes. Rich vanilla and a strong, long, solid finish. Made of 100% Trebbiano.
