Some evolution by really light orange fading on the rim. Shy aromas of star anis, fennel seed, cherry pie and wet top soil. Really fresh and easy to drink with just a tad of very fine tannins to give wine interesting density. Some blueberries, rose and pepper on the palate. Enjoyable now but can hold 2-3 years easily.

Very fresh wine, better than the first bottle i tasted 3 months ago, very burgundian in style with wild strawberry, cherry, great mix of rose and sweet spice.
