The best Fendant I've had to date! But it's still a Fendant, made from the Chasselas grape which seems just not really able to perform on par with the big boys (Chardonnay, Riesling, Rhone white varieties, Sauvignon Blanc, among others). I clearly preferred the winery's Petite Arvine (rated 94). TN: A bit of toasty oak (which is the winery's style as it appears in the Pinot as well as the Petite Arvine), yellow fruit, some honey aromas, floral hints. Medium+ …
