Superstition Meadery Cabernet Sauvignon Aphrodisia

Chenin study (et al.) (Chicago, IL) : Batch 1(?), bottle 49/1200. Very interesting stuff -- it's a lot lighter than I would have expected at least in terms of the weight on the palate. The grape character is prominent here, but there's a slight Welch's thing going on that I don't care for.
