Dinner at Galit (Chicago, IL) : Kind of anonymous -- tastes like fairly modernist Bordeaux. The nose is a little creamy and there's definitely some oak that pops out there. Good amount of fruit, and there's some dustiness that's quite enjoyable, but the finish is marred by an excessive amount of bitter oak.
