In het glas helder granaatrood. Medium intens. In de neus kers, braam, hout. In de mond medium zuren, medium tanninen en body. Mooi in balans met fruit. Hem hoogvlieger maar wel gemakkelijk en lekker. Prima op dit prijspunt.

Not bad considering the price, but not on my wishlist. Acids remain dominant,

Friendly, ripe red currants, a bit fragile in the midtaste, but a nice aftertaste. Alls toegether, concerning the qualities of the vintage and the level of the Denominazione I found this wine a bit cheerless.
