Structured with a strong lemon acidity and clean minerality, with a slight oyster shell or chalky undertones, lacking complexity and depth but high density

Intense, steely, lemon flavor extractensconced in clear, plush, polysaccharide. I find a comforting neutrality in the event's wave front as texture yields sweeping flavor. Shocking, lingering intensity. Exquisite balance.

Winter BYO with a lutefisk pause!; 12/16/2023-12/17/2023 (D O Lien) : This wine exhibits a slender aromatic profile with a slightly closed character. However, hints of sweet citrus and crushed stone emerge. On the palate, it is moderately viscous, presenting a "clean and tidy" sensation. Delicate citrus fruit, clementine peel, spice, and mineral notes contribute to a lengthy and well-concentrated finish.

GGs vs. 1er Cru Burgs (Bin 75 Alpharetta, GA) : Steely greenish yellow; juicy, cidery a touch, high toned, smells like Champagne without bubbles, lemon, apple, peach, acidic but generous enough, floral and easy.

Light straw yellow. Yellow apples, stone fruit, and citrus on the nose. Rounded opening but a laser-sharp acid approaches quite fast. Minerals, lemon, and grapefruit. Rocky finish. Young. Feel free to give it hours of air
