Intense bright cherry nose, yet with a good dose of forest floor earthiness and cinnamon spiciness. Medium to full body. Long dry finish with floral and candied elements, with the candied well in check. Actually, the finish reminds me a bit of rose flavored candies, but in a good way. Should pair well with soft rind ripened cheeses.

Murky unfiltered ruby but see through color, nose is bright high toned red fruit almost Hawaiian fruit punch like (in a good way). Nice minerality, clean earth, and bursting with crushed rose petal and crushed sweet tarts. Palate is more tart cherry, minerality, nice tannin structure, very light and elegant mouth feel. A beautiful wine exactly what Etna is all about. Alberto Graci is turning out some fantastic wines; watch out Burgundy.
