Cuvée de l'Empi Crozes-Hermitage Blanc

Pale primrose yellow. Good nose (for a chilled wine), apricot, melon, soft cheese, hint of green leaves (parsley?). Medium bodied, reasonable acid attack; unripe fruits (but in a good way), slightly nutty - almond rather than walnut. OK stuff, good with food, but with enough character and body for an aperitif, better with 'apero' snacks.
