Coconut, unripe peach, and citrus on the nose. Nice acidity. Enjoyable enough but not amazing. Drink with a lightly flavored meal since it won’t stand up to too much complexity. Had with a fish and sweet potato stew with coconut milk, kale, and tomato base. Pairing worked.
