Breathed in glass for half an hour Alcohol: 13% Grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan Ageing: 14 months Barrels + vat. Nose: Plummy with nice underlying green parsley. Loads of dark fruits with a nice portion of meatiness. Some blueberries appeared on the nose a little later. Nice robust nose but needed a couple of swirls to let the alcohol blow over. J'ajoute à ma note précédente un côté poivré qui ressort pleinement avec le temps dans le verre. Excellent.

Dense, exubérant mais sans excès, un vin qui emplit la bouche et laisse une impression durable de plénitude. Excellent pour moins de 20$.
