Color: medium yellow, near clear edges, broad, wide legs Nose: melon, briny, yellow peach, honey Palate: sugared citrus - grapefruit, Mouthfeel: light, thin weight, medium acidity, short finish The Semillion (59%) certainly cuts the typical SB acidity and adds more stone fruit notes. Enjoyable though not much in the mouth.

St Supery Visit (Napa, CA) : 59% Semillon, 41% SB; 30% Stainless ferment, 70% Barrel ferment, 12% malo, 100% French- 30% new for 5 months; very round, oak shows, verbena, green herbs, citrus, exotic, oily texture; unique and tasty.
