Medium ruby garnet. Initial nose of Tabasco with air becomes a balanced and complex melange of sweet red-fruited strawberries and hawthorn with a savoury element of spice and animale but quite prominent paprika. Charming, weightless mineral palate again strawberries very pronounced framing filigree mineralite, quite long. Very nice and in a perfect place.

Relatively muted, inexpressive.

A somewhat muted bottle which never really seemed to show it's best in spite of several intervening hours between first and last pours, little impression of fruit, mostly an elegant mineralite.

Pale cerise. Muted nose to begin with, with air very mineral, citrus, red fruits. Very lovely feminine youthful classically Chambolle palate, bright red fruit and mineralite weightless and filigree, just delightful. Reflects the best pinosity of the 2014 vintage.

Floral nose, light to medium bodied. My first Chambolle-Musigny. Not very complex but very enjoyable.

Light structure with firm tanins. Floral and delicate, young, expect this will be more expressive later.

Lighter end of medium bodied, this was quite perfumed with a gentle caress of bright cherry fruit, some confection, Turkish delight and mineralite.

Bright purple red. Cool dark cherry nose. Sapid cherries, spice, predominantly cinnamon, otherwise a very mineral wine with a very light, lacey mouthfeel. Obviously very young and primary but quite refreshing and enjoyable. Ought to develop nicely. An assemblage of Les Veroilles, Les Argillieres, Les Fremiers, Les Baudes, Les Gruenchers, Les Condemeines et Les Chardannes.

Pleasant nose of black cherry and an underlying earthiness. Ripe, but not at all jammy. Palate had medium depth, quite round at first, but lacks fruit for long term ageing. Lovely smooth tannins and balanced acidity. An enjoyable village wine, drinking well now.
