Coravin. Smells old, definitely, pinot, secondary nose, might need some air. Be back. 2 days later, cork popped. Cloudy, rich pinot nose with a touch of mustiness. Excellent aged new world pinot.

Coravin. Soaring nose of pinot fruit, ever so slightly more mature than a few years ago. Taste is that of an older pinot, a little bit of a bring down after 20 mins as it gets older-tasting. Good wine still.

terrific pinot nose when just opened , the taste needs some time i think , love that aroma though . This gem was just humming after about an hour . great wine

La Josefina is one of the most consistent wines we have had. Each vintage is unique, but taste and finish are always incredible. Eating tonight with roast chicken, sweet potatoes and green salad, so even goes well with lighter meals. Fantastic!
