Masterclass German Chardonnay (Zurich) : Siliceous sandstone with sandy clay topsoil | German & French clones | 50% new oak | pH 3.0 | 13.0% alc High acidity, green apple, grassy, and funky - very "natural wine" in style. Too extreme for my palate; lacks cleanliness and balance.
