Besonders geil zur "Mousse de Canard au Sauternes" von Jacque's Weindepot in Frankfurt! 20.10.23: Kühl, daher eher fruchtig statt süß. Sehr gut. 21.10.23: Etwas kühl kommt eine coole Würze durch! Immer noch geil. Mit dunkler Pastete probiert - passt eher zur hellen Pastete, zB von Jacques. Der Rest in Glas ist warm und nicht mehr so gut.

Wieder sehr geil, vor allem zum Preis von €6 für die kleine Flasche. Diesmal gab es Leberpastete mit Hirschfleisch dazu. Die Kombi war OK aber nicht so richtig gut

Diesmal war er etwas kühler. Sehr intensiv in der Nase nach überreifen tropischen Früchten. Am Gaumen der typische Sauternes-Geschmack, diesmal ohne störende Säure oder Alkohol. 12.03.: Am Gaumen nochmal kräftiger, sehr voll. Passt gut zum Kaiserschmarrn, da würde es etwas weniger Wums aber auch tun. Heute eher bei 3,9. Schmeckt eigentlich am besten solo und sehr kalt.

Reasonably dark with a khaki tinge. In beautiful condition, showing such sweet and luscious peach fruit. There’s a drizzle of honey, some cinnamon and vanilla. Intense flavours invade every crevice of the mouth and whilst acidity is low there is freshness to the extremely long finish.
