This is the Selection Schwander cuvee. Color: Light yellow. Nose: Gooseberries, hay, tropical fruits. Mouth: Excellent expressiveness and length. Lean and fresh. Grapefruit, too. This is really a good wine albeit nothing thought-provoking. After a while I can taste peppermint, too. Very versatile: Goes with fish, seafood, vegetables and salads.

Tasting the special Cuvée Quinney/Schwander using vines surounding the Chateau. Rich, ripe succulent, grassy but also nicely fruity. A great every day apero wine, hard to dislike.
