J. Fernandez de Arcaya Galdiano Navarra Vina Perguita

A light ruby color in the glass with interesting scents of funk and earth that almost remind me of the Willamette Valley funk on some Pinots from Oregon. In the mouth there are simple flavors of cranberries, and pomegranate with almost no finish to leave these flavors lingering...it's a bit pedestrian, but still enjoyable.

Affordable and pleasant blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, & Merlot. Light-to-medium-bodied and earthy. Good food wine for pizza, pasta, pork, & picnics. A slight chill might be nice on this wine. Summertime red for dry red wine lovers. 12.5% alco, cork (D 5.5, F 4.5; WW; Iberian Wines)
