The wine's earthy notes complement mushroom risotto and sautéed mushrooms . For a dessert pairing, the fruity notes in the wine match well with chocolate cake

Big, bold, and smooth. Jammy mouth feel of ripe plums, cherries and currants. Mid flavors of sweet tobacco, pepper and warm pepper. Rich caramel on the after taste. Not even a whisper of tannins or alcohol, as they both blended beautifully. Loved it now, and can’t wait to taste it 5 years from now.
