This bottle has nice aromatics with a cracked pepper and celery seed-type note, which unfortunately translates to something a bit off and bitter on the palate. While the wine is nicely evolved and there is still some savory fruit, it's not enough to cover the bitterness. This was probably more compelling a few years ago. ETA: This is actually better on the second day, so what do I know?

Still very fresh and fruity. Soft texture with enough structure to keep it engaging. At this price, now wish for more bottles.

Just fantastic tonight. Beautifully full fruit and floral flavors on the nose and palate, fresh and vibrant.

Gorgeous aromatics, full of dark fruit, savoury earth and pepper accented with lavender and violet elements; rich and layered in the mouth with lots of depth, elegance and bright acidity giving the flavours a sense of freshness and precision. Need to look out for more from this producer.

Color - opaque purple, slight brownish at the core with bright purple edges. Nose - dark fruit and spice, bacon fat and flowers. Really nice nose. Palate - Dark fruit and rare meat, spice. Medium bodied, nicely balanced. Good long finish. This is really to my liking. Will be on the look-out for this producer.
