Chicken-y. Savory. Fruit across the palate but the nose is rather savory. Very striking acidity across the palate. Very forceful. Un calm. Maybe needing a touch of time.

immediate thoughts of chicken stock aromas and fennel bulb. so lovely and savory. but only to descend into lime fruits. lime cordials. a spicy flower on the table. these guys make the wildest white wines.

Nice white semillon/sauv blanc from WA state. Definitely unfiltered, and you can see the particulates and different liquid densities swirl around, although it's not cloudy. Full of cream and pear, but not butter. Nose has a hint of grass that's not quite pleasant, but it gives way to substantial citrus and creme brule notes. Very nice, especially for the price.
