Dark Horse Wines Brut Bubbles

Tasted blindfolded. On the nose I get a lot of tart green apples, a bit of a muscat or Riesling funk, and a combination of seashells and saline. It’s a bit fizzy on the palate. Palate is of green apples and lemons. Fairly acidic. And a long finish of lemon pith, saline, and seashells. My guess is this is some sort of cava or a vinho verde. Blindfold off.
