Slow-oxed for 12 hours prior to serving into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Leaf” day): Pale ruby with some fine deposits. More earthy and floral notes. Liquorice too. Darker red and black plummy fruits here. Arguably more vibrant on palate and more minerality, some good fine tannins on the back. Good finish. 94 points. Second round: very much more tannic now at this stage.
