{Diam, 12%} Pale onion skin pink. Brioche and strawberry aromas. Medium-sized active bubbles. Dry palate, mild brown leaf flavours with a musk twist. Medium acid. Not a.lot.of autolysis character. Light/medium weight, shortish finish. Drink up.

very faint, pale salmon colour. very expressive aromas and flavours of fresh strawberry, crisp red apple and mandarine peel with fresh-baked brioche and spring herbs. dry, with creamy mousse, and plus acidity. fresh and round in mouth with a base of almond and chalk to anchor the fresh fruit. very good balance, adequate complexity and good length. …it's been some twenty years since i've had a Jansz, and it is as fresh, crisp, accessible and fun as i remembered it. …

Nothing to add from previous. Light in every way and certainly pleasant but not memorable.

I don’t get the creamy notes of the maker and others. Almost an astringent quality at opening, rather like fruits peels and definitely some apple in there. Better as it warms up. To me this would do very well in various champagne cocktails - adding some quality and panache to those, but not the equal of many other sparklers that are best experienced on their own.

Medium salmon/pink color, with lively medium-sized bubbles. Nose of strawberries and cream, with some sugar cookie. Lively medium mouthfeel with flavors I’d strawberry and some citrus. Tasty and “fun”, but not a very serious wine.

Good value here, strawberry shortcake on the nose, less pronounced on palate, but nice clean, crisp, medium acidity, was very pleasantly surprised for great price-

Nose: clean, yeasty, just a hint of strawberry. Palate: Champagne-y. Not very rose. Good with Asian food although it doesn't really stand up to spice. Nice tight bubbles. Rounded, gentle strawberry into light yeast notes, pretty clean, fairly dry. Not complex, but it's balanced and pleasant to drink.

Really convincing stuff and likeable if a little too normal. Medium lemon to the eyes and I might not have pinned this as a blanc de noir visually. Wasn't the most giving on the nose but there's definitely the usual appleyness and a bit of yellow fruit, but not a lot of secondary notes. On the palate it's a bit more of a shower and one thing that struck me was the super fine perlage here. Also liked how the …

This is a fun bottle…well all bottles from Tasmania are fun and this one backs it up. It has that nice bready nose the flavor is what you want and the bubbles were just how I like them. It’s possible that part of its allure was drinking it on the dock at sunset on Easter with family. But it was still pretty good.

WIML89 Tasted non blind. Light salmon color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, steady beading. Nose of sea foam, red pears and red apples. Flavors of cherries, berries and limes. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink now.

Really good for the $15 price point. Pink color is a little different from what you’d expect in a rose. Strawberry and stone on the finish. I really found it enjoyable when compared to other sparkling wines in this price range.

Vinetasters: This and That (Chicago, IL) : Served double blind. Suspiciously pink hue, but I didn't think this was a rose at all. Honeyed and floral nose, but very dry and with relatively little fruit expression. Quite dry, and slightly chalky. This doesn't have the complexity of a champagne, but is a pleasant sparkling wine all the same.

Fun bottle, consumed well into wine tasting evening so nothing specific sticks out, but it played its part nicely.
