Slightly off dry. Lime and petrol. Delicious.

Lacked the verve and intensity of a great dessert wine for me - it was fine, but nothing very special.

Fresh cut jalapeno, wild mint, tortilleria, charred jalapeno skin, chemical nose. Moderately sweet palate, extremely floral, slightly creamy, interesting and very unusual.

Gold in color, long legs, nose of pear, green apple, lime, Crenshaw melon. Very dry on the palate, toasty, hint of oak. A really interesting, complex, wine.

Totally different than the first bottle I drank 2 years ago. Very strong notes of green pepper, masking everything else.

Quite sweet and over-powering. Lemons, honey, some minerals. A little too much on the palate for me - needs some freshness.

I wasn't nearly enamoured as the other reviewers of this. This tasted like a watered down desert wine to me. It did have a more refreshing vs sweet profile to it. It was actually better after being opened in the fridge 3 weeks later. I've got a couple left and will sit on them for a long time to see if they are able to pick up some weight.

Medium gold. Moderately intense, youthful, fruity, typical R nose. On palate, lots of fruit (artificial-tasting), mint, honey, some grassiness, a bit of sulfur, low in minerality (too bad), lowish acidity (but artificial, un-integrated), off dry in a not-appealing way, full bodied. Not what I want when I choose a R.

This is gorgeous, fresh, hints of citrus, perhaps green apple? Lovely!

2.4 tonnes/acre. 25% botrytis. Whole bunch pressed, no settling, no fining agents. Indigenous fermentation of 17 months. Alcohol 13.7%, pH 3.41, TA 5.8 g/l, RS 15g/l. Unusual style of wine with clear botrytis flavours as well as kerosene - opulent mouthfeel but perhaps a little tiring to drink and to my taste a little flabby. It does display excellent concentration and a soft and round texture. A very good wine that is not to my taste.
