A bit oxidized, but still somewhat enjoyable.

A nice chardonnay, with ample length, lemon lift and wonderfully pleasant aromas & body. Pretty pale golden color, and a very good food wine. More like this, please.

Yellow apple nose with a round palate with more apple-y goodness. The acidity is there but reserved. A nice bottle of French Chardonnay, but somewhat disappointing for a Burgundy as I was expecting a bit more structure (acidity and minerality). It was a nice pairing with grilled rainbow trout w/browned butter sauce.

What you'd expect from a Meursault in this price range ... nice apple fruit and vanilla cream on the nose with a generous dose (but not overdone) oak. The palate is right where you'd expect it ... yellow apple fruits, good acidity and some wet stones on the finish. Not a great bottle, but a really good one.

This was just not as good as I expect from Meursault. Tight nose, modest flavors. Hoping a little age helps...AMM

First Meursault for me. Lovely golden color. Nose was fruity with definite tones of apples. Good level of acidity and that oily-ness that makes a really good white have structure. This wine was wonderfully complex compared to msot of the whites I have had recently. Drunk alone, this would clearly be a great wine to have with a meal. I was most impressed with the texture of the wine - had some viscosity and weight and a nice long finish. …

Nice aromas of light butter and the flesh of a Washington red apple. On the palette the body is the first thing noticed. A bit of butter shows first on the palette. Just before it gets too oaky the profile changes to acidity that focuses to a lovely starfruit. The finish is decent with a hint of mineral. There's some beautiful harmony going on here.

Apple pie spice and smoke. Dry, classic Mersault with an added richness probably owing to vintage.

Very toasty oak. Heavy and too woody, but at least has some orange citrus notes for a bit of interest.
