Quite nice and fresh although not to complex. Tannins are well integrated and smooth. Good acidity and balance. Medium finish. Definitely does not warrant an CT83 score.

Russk. Leftovers at Steak 954. I brought. My 3rd WOTN, behind the Le Clare and the 2005 LAN Culmen. Big Spanish Nose of Sweet AmOak. Same in the mouth. Pretty plush. Nice acidity, close to too much.

RussK. Rioja Event at Hotel Intercontinental. Seminar wine. Sweeter. Fr Oak. Saline nose. Could be more grippy. Tasted second time gave 92. Might be mixing up two diff vintages 05 and 08. either way, both work between 91 and 92 points.
