clear and pale yellow, no sediment, very slight bubbling (hear it opening the bottle and a few bubbles on the side of the glass). Melon, pineapple and wet stones on the nose. Dry with medium body and high acidity accentuated by the slight bubbling, giving flavors of citrus, minerals, lavender and yeast
