Great Echezeaux again to end the night. Glad we opened it. Best right out of the bottle, PNP. Does start to fall off slightly after 45 minutes open. One of my WOTN

some seepage hiding under foil, but good fill level, turned out well. after a little air it showed more of the fruit, but still had some nice tannins
