Urmeneta Cabernet Sauvignon

One of the very few I drank from a bag in box, and I must admit far better than I thought. I would call it a very "educational" wine, for it shows very clearly the typical black fruit aromas of cabernet sauvignon (blackcurrant, black cherry, blackberry). There is not much else on the nose, while on the mouth it shows good acidity, with perceivable tannins and body. Simple, but honest wine with good value for the price.

Basic Cab with very good QPR. Medium bodied, with lots of fruit on the palate, tending to the dark fruit side, with typical blackcurrant. Very satisfying overall.
