Behind it, there’s black raspberry, blueberry, a bit of dark chocolate, and plenty of fresh, juicy fruit, plus some vanilla. The tannins are grippy and firm, giving it great structure, and the medium(+) acidity keeps everything lively. It’s got lots of flavor and personality, definitely on the more powerful side for the variety. Great energy, great grip — this one means business.
