¥3240 Light floral nose, less oak influences here. Zesty acidity with no hard edges, excellent showing, another delicious wine. We sat on the patio for good 1.5 hrs to slowly enjoy this tasting, nice place to visit.

This is the flagship wine of Katsunuma Jozo, along with the Issehara Terroir Koshu. This is fermented and aged in used oak barrels for 6 months, after which it is bottled and aged for further two years before release. Medium-deep straw yellow color - the deepest Koshu white wine color I've seen. The nose feels sweet and creamy, but also very balanced and harmonious - not overwhelmed by oak.
