A bit OTT on the first night (not decanted), but softened beautifully after one day open in the bottle to become a smooth, balanced, very easy drinking Shiraz. Really enjoyable - well worth decanting if drinking now (2014-15). Enjoy for ca. 5 years.

Tasting hosted by Geoff Schrapel (wine maker): Deep red colour, bouquet and flavour of sweet damson and stawberry jam. A soft well balanced, easy drinking wine with great depth, well balanced acidity and soft tannins. Enjoyable and will keep for 5 years+
