Nederburg Shiraz Private Bin R121 Auction Reserve

Decanted for more than one hour. The cork was in good shape. On the nose ripe blackberries with som peppery and oaky notes. Full bodied, supple and smooth, quite youthful with juicy ripe blackberries and dark cherries, oaky and peppery notes, a tad tobacco, gentle and resolving tannins, nice acidity. Very solid with many years ahead. Not that complex though. Give it some more years in the cellar.
