Château de Puligny-Montrachet Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly

After cellaring for 6 years it's still young and vital - perhaps still too young. Bright fruit and minerality and nice finish. Enjoyed a glass about 30 yours later left in bottle and wine was barely oxidized.

This wine does not taste like a 1er cru (a bit too light) but it is very nice nonetheless. Clean notes of white cherries, wet stones, and white mushrooms. Brisk acidity and a clean tangy finish. Not a great deal of depth but very enjoyable and refreshing. 88-89 points.
