Wonderfully refreshing with a crisp, citrus taste and lasting finish. Drink chilled on a warm, summer day.

Classic sauv blanc characteristics of gooseberry, lime pith, slate, wet hay on the nose. The palate mirrors the nose with bright minerality, with medium plus acid medium body. So delicious and tropical - perfect for a 97 degree hot summer day. Served super cold and allowed to warm up over the course of an hour. Best halfway in between - chilled but not super cold. A lovely expression of the grape and exactly how I like my white wine, incredible …

Beautiful wine. Takes a bit of time to open in a glass or an open bottle but then it is absolutely great wine. Just ordered 6 more bottles.

Pale lemon with a pronounced nose of ripe fruit including gooseberry, grapefruit, lime, lemon, tomato leaf and dried herbs. All of this comes through on the palate too with a pronounced intensity. Not as exuberant as some NZ Sauvignon Blanc's but better for it. Very good.

Served very chilled on a very hot day. Pale gold color. Grapefruit, tomato leaf, mango, and just a hint of earthiness. Crisp on the palate, green apples and citrus.

Bought Majestic UK retail approx £14.00 Very good Marlb' Sav Blanc, good way above bog standard. This 2018, though, lacks the intensity of previous vintages I've had, though it still has a good core and some attractive tropical SB flavours to run alongside the usual suspects of grassy/gooseberry/leafy. I'll buy again, especially at this price. Finishes off-dry. VFM? Good, buy again at this price. Worth every penny.

Intense tropical and passionfruit. High but round acidity, some mineral notes in finish. Compare to normal Marlborough SB, this ‘sur lie’ has more concentration and elegance. That’s correct direction, bravo! CD 92 Ap 5/5, Ar 13/15, Palate 18/20, Overall 4+1/10 Total 91/100
