Amphora vs Smaragd : All the Riesling aromas, but obviously quite dry vs. German of similar grape sugar. For us it fell a bit flat as we were drinking it on its own. I think it really needs to go with food.

Last of 12 different white wines I ordered from Dom�ne Wachau. A bit different from the (German) riesling wines I usually drink. My wife guessed Gr�ner Veltliner, which was not far off, as it featured some typical Austrian notes. Acidity levels were quite high, only light RS in the finish. Otherwise I got strong minerality (no surprise, this wine is called "from Gneiss) and peach.

Lemon and lime on the nose and smelling BIG. And tastes big on the palate as well.
