1/2, good cork. Pale/medium straw. Lemon, mineral, quite discreet. Medium bodied, lemon, touch of mineral, attractive salinity, a touch of oiliness too. Decent length, salty, lemony finish. Elegant, composed, subtle.

Quite surprised by the previous review but maybe an odd under par bottle. Gave it my usual treatment (served at cellar temp of 12c and a bit of air) and it was delightful. went down well with foil salmon parcels baked with fresh ginger and red chilli, soy sauce, spring onions, chinese rice wine, lime zest and seasoning. Plenty of classic chablis flavours, good complexity and balance. Super finish as well.

Gorgeous. Served at about 10 degrees and allowed to breath a little in the glass. Beautifully balanced with plenty going on and a nice finish. I do like Brocard’s wines and this justifies the variety and the disproportionate amount of his bottles in the cellar! Mind you, 2014 was a brilliant year for Chablis as well.

Hint of flint on the nose, reasonably rounded, some lemon freshness. It's a "nice chablis" and reasonable value, but not especially complex.

Medium lemon. Ripe fruit aromas - lemon, yellow apple, hint of peach, vanilla and smoke from oak, hint of almonds from tertiary development. Developing. Dry, high acidity, but not bracing, medium alcohol and body, rich palate, but nice mineral edge. Medium+ finish. Lots of depth. Very good but lacking a little complexity. Has the potential to age further although I noted that it was a Diam 5 cork, which suggests the producer expects it to be drunk relatively young.

Good Chablis typicity. Fresh white fruit on the nose with a hint of grapefruit. Tasty palate, acidic and some bitters.
